Unification of reference wage
Abstract
현행 근로기준법상 기준임금에는 통상임금과 평균임금이 있다. 그런데 이 두 기준임금의 존재는 불명확한 임금 개념으로 인한 해석상 논란뿐만 아니라 임금관리가 복잡하고 임금구조가 왜곡되는 결과를 낳고 있다. 따라서 근로기준법을 개정할 때 기준임금은 표준임금 하나로 정비하는게 합당하다.
There are two reference wages(normal wage and average wage) in Labour Standards Act. But it is not clear what is normal wage and which one is average wage. Because of the two-tier reference wage system wage management is so difficult and the wage structure is such a complex. So the reference wage should be unified to standard wage.
