미국 勞使關係에 관한 硏究

Abstract

본 연구는 뉴딜 노동정책의 경제적 배경과 정치적 사회적 전개과정을 살펴봄으로써 실리적 노동조합주의와 단체교섭을 근간으로 하는 현대 미국 노사관계의 본질을 이해하는데 역점을 두었다.

뉴딜 노동정책이 실시된 시기는 1933년부터 1941년까지로 볼 수 있는데 본 연구에서는 이 시기를 1936년까지의 전반기와 그 이후의 후반기로 나누어 연구하려고 한다. 또한 뉴딜노동정책이 실시되는 배경이 되는 미국노사관계의 초기 형성과정에 대해서도 아울러 검토한다. 따라서 본 연구의 대상이 되는 시기는 1770년대 부터 1940년대 初까지이다.
