Vehicle design is the art of natural application. It is varied by time, place, and need. Vehicle designers work in several ways in designing. I chose this research topic because I was interested in 3D vehicle design. I had a wide range of conceptual ideas, skills, and resources based on 3D vehicle design. The research focuses on the use of two software’s (Blender & Catia V5), which are very popular for vehicle design. I used “Blender” for creating the surface and the shape of the vehicle then I used “Catia V5” to install all interior and exterior instruments. The thesis also aims to fundamental use of coating vehicles with G-SAVE technology in a manner that the new coating system is very useful for coating guardrails. The research will provide basic to deep information, advanced and standard procedures, and logical and practical techniques for coating vehicle. The purpose of the research is for coating guardrails by using modern technologies of coating vehicles.
I had considerable challenges throughout the research of 3D coating vehicle design because this system has been newly invented. The research will take an effective contribution to coating guardrails by vehicle. The design process also be improved. Future research can use different techniques for making the coating system easier.
