국내 간호대학생의 학습몰입 관련 요인에 대한 체계적 문헌 고찰 및 메타분석

- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 국내 간호대학생의 학습몰입 관련 요인에 대한 체계적 고찰과 관련된 요인을 규명하기 위함이다. 연구는 PRISMA(Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) 지침에 의해 수행되었으며, 국내 간호대학생의 학습몰입과 관련된 문헌 검색은 DBpia, Riss, Kiss, KMbase, KNbase, NDSL을 이용하였다. 연구에서는 최종 35편의 연구가 검토되었으며 메타분석을 위해 R program version 3.5.3을 사용하였고, 각 관련 요인에 대한 총 상관관계 효과크기(ESr)는 Fisher's Z 척도로 변환하여 사용하였으며, 출판편의의 검증을 위해 funnel plot, Trim and fill, Egger’s 회귀분석(Egger’s regression test)을 이용하였다. 분석결과 국내 간호대학생의 학습몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인은 19가지이었으며, 총 효과크기는 .47이었다. 두 하위 요인의 효과크기는 학업적 요인이 .51, 심리적 요인이 .43이었다. 학습몰입 측정 도구에 따른 메타 ANOVA 분석결과는 통계적으로 유의하였다(Q=9.2, p=.002, I2=95.4%). 이 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 학습몰입을 개선하기 위한 교육프로그램을 개발 시에는 학업과 관련된 특성을 고려할 필요가 있다.
The purpose of this study was to systematically review and identify factors related to the learning flow of Korean nursing students. This study was conducted in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines, and searches for articles related to the learning flow of Korean nursing students were conducted with DBpia, Riss, Kiss, KMbase, KNbase and NDSL. In this study, the final 35 studies were reviewed, and the R program version 3.5.3 was used for meta-analysis. The total correlation effect size (ESr) for each related factor was converted into Fisher's Z scale. In addition, funnel plot, trim and fill, and Egger's regression test were used to verify publication bias. There were 19 factors affecting the learning flow of Korean nursing students, and the total effect size (ESr) was .47. The effect sizes of the two sub-factors were .51 for academic factors and .43 for psychological factors. The results of meta-ANOVA analysis according to the learning flow measurement tool were significant (Q=9.2, p=.002, I2=95.4%). Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to consider academic-related characteristics when developing an educational program to improve the learning flow of nursing students.
