- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 화학적 안정성이 낮은 액체전해질을 대체하기 위해 LiSUB1.3/SUBAlSUB0.3/SUBTiSUB1.7/SUB(PO₄)₃ (LATP)와 Li₂O의 co-sputtering 공정으로 박막 고체전해질을 제작하였다. 임피던스 분석은 Li₂O power를 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25W로 증가시키면서 수행하였으며, 최적의 이온전도도 값은 power 15 W로 확인되었다. 비정질 구조에서도 이온전도도가 향상될 수 있음을 확인하였다.
In this study, thin-film solid electrolyte was fabricated through co-sputtering process of Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3 (LATP) and Li2O to replace a liquid electrolyte with low chemical stability. Impedance analysis was per-formed with increasing the Li2O power to 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 W, and optimal ionic conductivity value wasobtained from Li2O power of 15 W. It was confirmed that the ionic conductivity could be improved even in anamorphous structure.
