사다리꼴 단면 용기의 성형에 코너컷이 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 논문은 사다리꼴 단면을 갖는 용기의 성형에서 4각블랭크의 코너컷방법을 제시하였다. 또한 4각블랭크와 코너컷을 한 블랭크의 성형성을 비교하였다.

실험 결과에 의하면 사각 블랭크의 경우 단변부의 코너와 중앙에서 변형률의 최대가 1.24와 0.25이었고, 코너컷을 한 경우는 최대변형률이 0.12와 0.16으로 상당히 감소하였음을 알 수 있었다.

A method of corner cut for a rectangular blank in trapezoid cup drawing is proposed. The formability of a rectangular blank is compared with that of a corner cut blank.

The experimental results has shown that maximun strains in the former were 0.24 and 0.25 at the corner and center of short side, but in the latter 0.12 and 0.16 and that the strain distribution considenally decreased.
