Design of Initial Condenser Charge Circuit in the Current Source Inverter for Induction Heating
Abstract
유도가열용 병렬공진형 전류형인버터의 싸이리스터를 역방향 걸어주기 위하여 초기 콘덴서전압이 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 유도가열용 전류형인버터의 초기 콘덴서전압의 충전 장치를 설계하고자 한다. 접합변압기 및 전달선을 포함한 전체 유도가열 부하를 등가 저항 및 인덕턴스 값으로 표시하고, 병렬공진형 전류형인버터에 적당한 초기 충전장치를 구성한다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 유도가열 부하에 대한 가장 적합한 초기 충전장치의 인덕터 및 커페시터 값을 구한다.
The parallel resonant current source inverter for the induction heating requires the initial capacitor voltage in order to apply the reverse voltage to thyristor. This paper presents the design of the initial capacitor charge circuit in the current source inverter for the induction heating. The overall induction heating load including the matching transformer and transmission line is represented by the equivalent resistance and inductance, and then the charge system is constructed, which is proper circuit for the parallel resonant current source inverter. Through simulation results, the best values of indictor and capacitor in the charge system are derived with the impedance of induction heating load.
