Abstract

연구개발조직에 있어서 어떠한 연구개발과제를 선택할 것인가는 매우 중요한 결정이다. 본 논문?? 연구개발과제의 선택시 의사결정자의 준거틀에 관한 연구로 연구개발과제의 선택모형에 대하여 검토해 보고, 울산지역 제조업체의 선택기준을 조사하였다. 실증조사결과 시장요인과 제조요인이 중요한 선택기준으로 나타났다.

In order to explore R&D decision maker's frame of reference this paper reviewed R&D project selection models and investigated the selection criteria of manufacturing companies in Ulsan region. Market factor and manufacturing factor are both found to be significant criteria.
