地方自治制 實施에 따른 都市行政需要變化와 都市行政의 守備範圍에 관한 硏究 : 蔚山市를 中心으로

Abstract

지방자치제의 실시와 도시화 과정이 성숙단계에 이르게 됨에 따라 도시행정수요의 양적 질적 변화가 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 그러나, 도시정부가 이러한 도시행정수요를 다 ?姸렘쳔갚藪〈? 도시정부의 재정면에서 많은 어려움이 따르게 되며, 서비스 공급의 형평성과 능률성의 측면에서도 재검토되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 인식하에 문헌조사와 경험적 조사를 통하여 도시행정수요의 변화를 예측하고 도시행정의 적정수비범위를 모색해보고자 하였다.
