韓半島統一과 中國과의 관계

Abstract

세계에 마지막 분단 국가로 남아 있으면서 중국과 국경을 접하고 있는 한국으로서는 중국이 한반도 통일에 어떤 중요한 실마리를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대 된다.

특히 1992년 8월 24일 韓. 中국교 수립이후 한반도 통일 이후 한반도통일과 동북아의 평화를 위한 韓中同半者詩代가 열려가고 있다. 수교직후 경제교류와 협력이라는 제한된 범위를 벗어날수 밖에 없었던 韓中관계는 이제 정치 및 외교 분야에까지 폭을 넓혀감으로서 신국제질서 속에서 착실한 협력증진의 기초를 닦아가고 있다.

우리에게는 이러한 韓中관계를 북한의 전쟁도발 억제와 한반도 평화통일을 달성하는데 일익을 담당할 수 있도록 외교 역량을 집중하는 노력이 필요하다.

그러므로 중국이 한반도 통일에 차지하는 역할 및 동북아의 영향력 증대를 중요?쳬舊? 않을 수 없다. 이것은 중국이 이 지역의 영향력에 대한 인식이 확산되면서 '보다 강력한 중국'의 위치를 배제하고서는 한반도통일 문제를 논의할 수가 없음을 의미한다. 한국의 대외정책도 중국과의 협력관계를 유지하면서 한편으로는 중국의 정책 변화가 한반도 통일에 갈등의 요소로 작용할 것인지 예의 주시 하면서 남북한 평화적 통일에 접근할 수 있도록 시도해 보는데 본 논문의 연구 목적이 있다.

As the only divided country of the world, Korea expects China to play an important role in the unification on the Korean Penisula. Especially since the 1992's establishment of diplomatic relations between Korean and China, the two countries have been a close companion to each other for the unification of the Peninsula and the peace and stability on the northeast Asia region. Nowadays, the two countries to expand bilateral partnership in the areas of politics and diplomacy, which solidify the sincere cooperation and exchange system between the two countries in the emerging new international orders and environments.

Here, we need to concentrate our efforts to achieve peaceful reunification of Korea, and stability of northeast region of Asia through the close diplomatic relations between Korean and China.
