행정민주화를 위한 공무원 노사관계 활성화 방안

Abstract

본 논문은 우리나라의 공무원 노사관계를 개략적으로 살펴 보고, 최근 공포된 공무원 직장협의회법의 성격을 알아 보고 이것이 향후 공무원 노사관계에 어떠한 영향을 ?? 것인가, 그리고 한국 공무원 노동조합구성에 대한 인식조사를 바탕으로 공무원 노사관계를 어떻게 발전시켜 나가야할 것인가 모색하여 보았다.
