Abstract
이 논문은 IMF 경제위기 직후에 울산지역의 대학생들을 대상으로 하여 음식물 섭취빈도를 조사하고, 사회인구학적 변수와 경제적 불안 변수들의 영향을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 대학생들은 채소, 곡류 및 과일류를 섭취하는 빈도가 다른 음식물군에 비하여 상대적으로 높았다. 사회인구학적 변수와 경제적 불안 변수들이 음식물 섭취빈도에 미치는 영향은 음식물의 종류에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 대체로 가격이 비싼 음식물은 경제적 불안의 영향을 많이 받았다. 음식물군별 섭취빈도간의 상관관계도 주류를 제외한 모든 음식물군이 서로 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 상관관계의 크기는 음식물의 종류에 따라 다르게 나타났다.
This paper surveyed the food consumption behavior and related variables. Data were colleced from university students of Ulsan Area. University students' most frequent intake food was vegetables, grains, fruits and beverages. Socio-demographic variables and economic distress variables exerted different effects on food consumption behavior. Food groups that were expensive were affected by economic distress variables. The correlations of inter food group were positive, except alcohols.
