Abstract
이 논문은 울산광역시에서 소비자 피해구제 경험이 있는 소비자를 조사대상으로 하여 울산광역시에서 소비자 피해구제를 담당하고 있는 소비자 행정기관과 민간소비자 단체에 대한 만족도와 소비자 피해구제 요구도를 조사하고 두 기관의 만족도의 차이를 검중한 후에, 만족도와 요구도 사싱의 관계를 분석하였다.
This paper analysed the satisfaction about the consumer administration and consumers organization, needs for consumer remedy, the differences of satisfaction between the consumer administration and consumer organization, and the correlation between the satisfaction and needs.
