울산시 아파트 거주자의 주거만족도와 관련변인

Abstract

우리나라 7대 도시의 하나인 울산시는 70년대 이후 공업도시로 성장하면서 급격한 인구증가도 함게 이루어졌다. 이로 인해 주택부족현상이 나타나게 되었으나 주택공급확대로 점차 해소되고 있다. 그러나 아파트 위주의 대량공급정책은 양적인 부분에서는 많은 성과가 있으나 질적인 부분은 무시되어 왔다. 이러한 배경 하에서 울산시는 1998년부터 주택정책수립의 기초자료를 확보하기 위해 주거문화 전반에 대해 2년마다 정기적인 를 실시하고 있다. 본 연구는 울산시 아파트 주거환경에 대한 평가의 일환으로 아파트 거주자의 주거만족도를 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 <2002 주거문화실태조사>의 원자료로부터 아파트 거주자를 별도로 추출하고 주거만족도 문항에 대하여 다각도로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 현재 울산시 총주택의 ?幸釜? 이상을 차지하고 있고 앞으로도 계속 공급이 확대될 예정인 아파트 주거문화의 확립을 위해 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

One of the results was the lack of houses, which has been relieved by a constant supply. Although there have been many great results in the quantitative aspect due to the many supplied apartments, the qualitative side has been neglected. In order to improve the situation, Ulsan has carried out the every two years since 1998 as an attempt to collect fundamental data to be used in setting up residential policies. This study set out to investigate the residential satisfaction of those living in an apartment building as part of the evaluation project for the residential environment of Ulsan apartment buildings. For the purpose, the apartment dwellers were extracted from the raw data of and the items of residential satisfaction were analyzed in multilateral points of view.
