- Abstract
- 전단경계층을 점와류의 열로 근사시켜 수치해석하였다. 계산된 평균속도분포와 경계층 두께의 증가율은 혼합경계층에 대한 실험결과와 잘 일치하고 있으며, 경계층은 와류결합에 의하여 증가함을 확인하였다. 또 와류결합은 매우 신속하게 이루어지며, 와류결합과 와류결합 사이에는 만들어진 소용돌이가 평형상태에 도달하기에 충분한 시간여유가 있음이 밝혀졌다.
Shear layer is simulated by an array of point vortices and analyzed numerically. Calculated mean velocity profile and boundary layer spreading rates are in good agreement with experimental data on mixing layers. It is confirmed that the shear layer grows by vortex pairing and that large eddies formed by vortex pairing has sufficient time to get equilibrium states before next vortex pairing processes take place
