광선분리 다중박막의 제작

Abstract

위상차(g)와 파장( ??) 사이의 관계를 이용하여 전자계산기로써 설계한 다중박막계가 optical영역의 두파 ?? , ??(= a? , 0〈 a〈1, a는 상수)을 분리시킴을 보였고, 가시광선부와 근접 적외선부를 분리시키는 분광분리기를 제작하였다.

It was shown that a multilayer thin film system could be used to separate two optical waves of wavelengths, ?? and ?? (= a?, 0〈 a〈1, a is a constant.). The muntilayer system was designed using a computer based on the relation between the phase difference (g) and the wavelength( ?). A beam splitter for visible rays and adjacent IR rays was designed.
