- Abstract
- 부유대역방법에 의한 결정정제를 위해서 4MHz고주파유도로의 발진회로와 가열코일의 효율을 조사하였다. 발진회로의 출력은 냉각수의 온도상승을 이용하여 측정한 결과 시료로 전달할 수 있는 효율은 60%정도이고 최대출력은 5kW였다. 또 가열코일의 모형실험에서는 solenoid형태가 spiral형태보다 열집중성이 좋은 것으로 나타났다.
The efficiencies of the oscillating circuit and the work coil in the 4MHz radio-frequency induction furnace are investigated for refining the crystal by the floating zone method. Maximum output transferred to sample is 5kW and efficiency is measured about 60% with the calorimetry of the coolant in oscillating circuit. It is concluded that the solenoid type is preferable to the spiral type in the experiment of energy concentration.
