Abstract
이 논문에서 우선 현대 문명의 병폐를 직시하고 이를 극복하고자 한 비판이론의 입장이 소개되었다. 그리고 안목에서 인간해방의 의미, 조직개발의 대안을 추구하여 보았으며, 이러한 논의중에서 제기되는 한계점도 아울러 언급하여 보았다.
The proponents of critical theory seek to reveal society for it is, to unmask its essence and mode of operation and to lay foundations for human emancipation through deep-seated social change. They have emphasized a revolution of consciousness and the change of present cultural structure.

in this paper, I tried to pursue the meaning of human emancipation and alternatives of organizational design in the light of critical theory and its perspectives. Besides, I mentioned the limitations in building up of its logic.
