成人男子의 體格, 身體構成, 體型에 관한 硏究

Abstract

成人男子의 體格, 身體構成, 體型을 분석한 결과 아래와 같은 결론을 얻었다.

1. 被檢者들의 身長은 一般成人男子보다 적었다.

2. 被檢者들의體重은 一般成人男子보다 무거웠다.

3. 被檢者들의 身體構成은 水中體重: 2.9±0.171, 體脂肪率: 20.6±3.9, 除脂肪率: 53.936±4.67, 體標面績: 1.746±0.120이다.

4. 被檢者들의 身體要素는 4.81-5.00-1.75이고 그들의 體型은 中葉性 內葉型이다.

5. 身長과 外葉型(p<0.01), 體重과 內葉型(p<0.05), 體重과 體脂肪率(p<0.01), 體重과 除脂肪率(p<0.01)로 높은 正的 相關을 나타내었다.

The major purpose of this study was analysied the Physique, Body Composition and Somatotype of Adultmen.

The results of study are summerized as follow.

1. The Height of subject was more short than general adultmen.

2. The weoght of subject was more heavy than general adultmen.

3. Body Composition of subject was Under-Water Weihgt:2.9±0.171,% fat:20.6.±3.9,LBM:53.936±4.67, body Surface Area:1.764±0.120.

4. Somatotype Component of subject was 4.81-5.00-1.75. Their Somatotype was Mwsomorphic Endomorphy.

5. There was positive Correlation between Height and Ectomorphy (p<0.01). Weight and Endomorphy (p<0.05), Weight and % Fat (p<0.01), Weight and LBM (p<0.01).
