蔚山 工業 團地를 背景으로 한 産學 協同 體制의 硏究

Abstract

先進諸國에서는 産業發展에 있어서 産學協同이 重大한 役割을 하여 왔다. 그러나, 우리나라에서는 1960年代末에 비로소 産學協同의 重要性이 認識되기 始作하였다.

우리나라에 있어서의 産學協同의 現況과 蔚山工科大學에서 實施해 온 Sandwich system의 結果 隱密히 檢討 分析하여 다음과 같이 提言하였다.

① 産學協同의 重要性을 認識시키기 위한 汎國民的인 啓蒙運動이 展開되어야 한다.

② 産學協同敎育制度의 土着化를 위한 實驗大學의 選定 및 運營이 바람직하다.

③ 産學協同의 推進을 위한 常設機構가 設置되어야 한다.

④ 政府의 制度的, 財政的 支援이 强化되어야 한다.

⑤ 産學協同에 대한 學界의 積極的일 姿勢가 要望된다.

⑥ 産學協同制度의 改善을 爲한 硏究와 努力이 계속되어야 한다.

In the developed countries, the co-operation between industry and university has long been doing a significant role in the industrial development of the nation. However, it was only in late 60's that the importance of the co-operation began to receive due recognition in Korea.

After close examination and analysis of present state in Korea and the results of sandwich courses of Ulsan Institute of Technology, it is proposed that (1) a vigorous national compaign be made to make the comcept and importance of the co-operation between industry and university more widely understood among people; (2) a pilot institute scheme be employed for the industrial training of the engineering students; (3) national and local organizations be formed to actively promote the co-operation; (4) the government assume more active role by providing financial support; (5) the universities make consicientious effort to understand and seve the industry; and (6) continous study be made to evaluate the success of the co-opeation in order to bring forthe further improvement.
