Abstract
大規模電力系統의 最適制御問題는 莫大한 量의 複雜한 計算을 要求하고 있으며, 실제로 많은 問題가 計算機의 能力을 초월하는 경우가 있다.

電力系統의 制御시스템은 本質的으로 階層構造로 되어 있으므로 시스템 制御에 階層制御를 適用하는 것이 問題解決에 보다 效果的이라 하겠다.

따라서 本 論文은 電力系統의 階層構造와 階層制御理論에 대하여 記述하였으며, 電力系統의 運用 및 制御에 가장 基礎가 되는 系統特性定數를 系統分割時에 效果的으로 計算할 수 있는 algorithm을 提示하고, 計算例로서 모델 系統에 適用하였다.
The optimazation problems of large scale power system require large amounts of calculation, and for many problems of practical interest the computations required surpass the capabilities of a single computer.

As the control system essentially consist of hierarchical structure, multilevel approach is benifit to get around this difficulty.

This paper descrives how multilevel hierarchical concepts and techniques can be applied in the potimal control of power system and presents an lagorithm of calculating the system characteristic constants through decomposition. The numerical example for model system is presented here.
