종합적인 투자분석방법의 전산화

Abstract

본 논문은 투자분석을 행하는데 있어서 수익성분석 뿐만 아니라 자금운용 및 재무상태 등 제반정보의 제공을 통하여 보다 합리적이고 일관성 있는 분석이 이루어질 수 있도록 하였다.

기존의 투자분석용 컴퓨터프로그램에 자금운용표, 추정대차대조표 및 손익계산서, 재무분석, 운전자본소요액의 추정, 손익분기점분석 등을 수정, 보완함으로써 수익성만을 고려한 경우보다 더 합리적인 투자결과을 얻게 될 것이다.

The most important aspects of consideration in investment analysis are uncertainty involved in investment projects and investment project financing.

The major purpose of this study is to consider above mentioned aspects at the same time and to develop an integrated method of investment 무미냔. For this purpose, development of such an integrated method was attempted, and then it was computerized as the package PLADE I. PLADE I was developed by adding several subroutines to Rose's PLADE(Planning and Decision Investment Analysis Program).
