주거욕구를 결정하는 가족속성 분석연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 주거욕구에 영향을 미치는 가족속성에 관한 조사·분석이다. 가족원의 직업, 사회경제적 지위, 생활주기 단계별로 주거욕구가 다르므로 서로 다른 문제점과 해결책 제시를 위한 것이다.

가장 보편적인 정상부부가정(핵가족)에서부터 독신가정, 대가족이 함께 사는 가정 등 가족수와 가족구성원에 따라서 상당히 다양한 가족형태를 갖고 있다. 더욱이 요즘 들어 직업의 변화로 인한 사회계층의 변화 등은 생활약식에 변화를 주어 그에 따른 주거욕구 역시 변하고 있다.

그러므로 본 연구에서는 주거욕구를 결정하는 4가지 가족속성을 선정하여 그에 따른 문헌을 고찰하였다. 4가지 가족속성을 살펴보면 아래와 같다.

(1) 가족수와 가족구성

(2) 가족원의 직업현황

(3) 사회경제적 지위에 따른 생활양식

(4) 가족생활주기

The purpose of this study on the determinants of family attributes relevant to housing needs in Korea.

In the systematic approach, the occupant's satisfaction with his dwelling depends to a large extent on the key question of whether the dwelling unit meets his needs. First of all, one may state that the basic needs are a function of four key factors.

Therefore in this study, four such groups of attributes and their effects upon housing needs would be discussed. They are; (1) variations in the size and composition of families or households, (2) the employment patterns of family members, (3) differing lifestyles resulting from family's socioeconomic status, and (4) the stage in the family life span.
