- 事故없이 水泳을 즐기며 健康도 增進시키려면 泳法을 배워야 하겠다는 動機附與와 水泳에 關한 理論的 背景을 論하고 初心者 水泳指導는 우선 물에 親熟할 수 있게 물에 適應시키는 課程을 거친후 뜨기, 미끄러져 나아가기등 基礎技術을 익히고 팔, 다리, 호흡의 各個 및 複合動作을 熟達시키는 段階別 指導가 보다 效果的이라 主張하고 끝으로 水泳時 지켜야 할 留意事項을 記錄하였다.
In the present report the wirter emphasizes the necessity of a well-organized swimming course in order to make the trainess safe in water and enjoy swimming properly. He also surveyed various suggestions and theories on swimming.
The first step of swimming course for the beginners should be focused on making the trainees familiar and adapted to water. After this they may learn how to float, to dash forward, and other basic technique.
The movementm of arms and legs and breathing are suggested to be trained in two separate steps-first separatel, then in unison. In the last part the present writer enumerated a number of cautions to be kept in mind before swimming.
