A Study on Axisymmetric Indirect Extrusion
Abstract
間接抽出을 할 때 die모서리에 生기는 dead metal font의 形狀을 抛物線形으로 假定하여 軸對稱問接抽出에 上昇理論을 適用하여 抽出壓力을 豫測할 上界解를 提示하고 抽出壓力을 最小로 하는 dead metal zone의 크기를 求했다.
During indirect extrusion process, dead metal zone is formed at die corner. Assuming that the profile of the dead metal zone is parabolic applying the upper bound principle to axisymmetric indirect extrusion problem, author has obtained the upper bound solution to predict extrusion pressure and the size of dead metal zone to minimize extrusion pressure.
