- 우리 나라 문화특징을 情에 두었다. 이 정에는 恨의 정과 품앗이 정이 결합되어 심층구조를 이루고 있음을 인식하였다. 그리고 이것에 의하여 오늘날의 근대화와 조직행동 양상에 관련된 여러현상을 설명코자 하였다. 역사적인 인과를 밝힘과 동시에 비교 문화적인 접근을 하였다.
Sentiments are more particular features than any other of our culture. and It seems to me that their deep structure is a combination of lamentable sentiments and reciprocal sentiments. By such an analysis, It can be sure that current modernization process and organizational behaviors and other behaviors will be more plausibly explained into their particular patterns. I tried to pursue simultaneously historical causality and comparative cultural approach.
