- Abstract
- Mg-REM系 合金을 CV 黑鉛化劑로 添加한 CV 黑鉛鑄鐵의 組織과 그 性質에 미치는 合金元素로서의 Cu添加影響을 調査하였다.
Cu의 添加量이 2.0%까지 增加함에 따라 다음과 같은 結果를 얻엇다 :
첫째, Cu添加臺이 增加할수록 熔湯中의 5含量이 減少하였으며 殘留 Mg의 回收率은 增加
하였고, 黑鉛組織은 CV 黑鉛狀에서 球狀黑鉛狀으로 천이하는 傾向을 나타내었다.
둘째, Cu添加量이 1.2% 以上되면 基地組織은 완전히 pearlite化하며, 多量의 free carbide가
析出함을 알 수 있었다.
세째, Cu添加量이 增加함에 따라 常溫 및 高溫引張性質은 向上되었다.
The effects of copper. as an alloying element on the structure and properties of Compacted- Vermicular graphite cast iron which was treated with Mg-REM spheroidizer have been studied.
With the increase of copper content up to 2.0 wt.%, the following results were obtained:
First, the ratio of residual magnesium content in the as-cast iron has been found to be increased, possibly due to the decrease of sulfur content in the melt. Thus, the morphology of graphite in the as-cast iron has been foun4 to be more nodular type.
Second, the proportion of pearlite in the matrix has been found to be increased, however the matrix being pearlite with free carbide precipitates in the copper range of 1.2wt.% to 2.0wt.%..
Third, the tensile strength of the as-cast iron in the temperature up to 400℃ was increased.
