Abstract

Ⅱ-Ⅵ족 화합물의 결정을 육성하는 방법과 기술을 검토하였다. 그리고 각 방법의 장단접을 비교하고 Ⅱ-Ⅵ족 화합물의 개개에 대하여 어떤 방법이 적당한가를 논의하였다.
