Abstract
SBR제조시 라텍스의 응집으로 인한 장해가 많이 발생하기 때문에 라텍스의 기계적 안정성은 실제적으로 대단히 중요하다.

본 연구에서는 가장 좋은 기계적 안정성을 갖는 라텍스를 중합하는 데 필요한 전해질의 최적조건을 찾기 위해 수행된 사항들을 기술하였다.

단위체에 대해 0.35~0.45%의 인산칼륨을 전해질로 사용하는 것이 가장 효과적임을 알았다.
The mechanical stability of a latex is very important from pracrical standpoint, since the formation of coagulum or floc during manufacture of SBR can prove quite troublesome.

The present study described work carried out iin a search for the optimum conditions of electrolyte required for the polymerization of the latex which gad the best mechanical stability.

The use of 0.35%~0.45%phm(parts per handred monomer) potassium phosphate has been satisfied with this purpose well.
