Abstract

Malacoplakia is an uncommon granulomatous inflammatory disorder that usually affects the urinary bladder and rarely affects the kidney and the prostate.

We report two cases of malacoplakia in genitourinary tract, involving the kindey and prostate, respectively, which were treated with nephrectomy and transurethral resection and antibiotics.
