Abstract

본 연구는 Balanced Scorecard(BSC)에 대한 개괄적인 개념을 소개하고, 두 나라(미국, 한국)에서 대표적으로 BSC를 도입한 기업들의 사례를 들어 BSC에 의한 기업성과측정시스템을 구체적으로 살펴보았다.
