A Study on the Design Methodology of High Frequency Resonant Power Converter System
Abstract
본 연구에서는 고성능 공진형 전력변환기의 실용화를 위해 병렬공진형 직류링크 전력변환 시스템의 설계방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템은 기존의 반도체형 전력 스윗칭 소자에 비하여 제한적인 주파수 영역을 극복할 뿐만 아니라 전력손실량도 최소화 시켰다. 또한 이 시스템의 실용화를 위하여 시스템의 설계방향, 공진회로부의 구성부품, 그리고 주회로의 각 소자에 대한 설계사양도 함께 고려하였다.
In this study, a design technology of the parallel resonance type DC-link power converting system is proposed to apply high-active resonance type power transducer in the industrial field. The proposed system not only alleviates the frequency limitation which is major drawback of the semiconductor type power switching device but also reduces the power loss. To realize the proposed system, we considered system design procedure, resonance circuit components, and design specification of each device of main circuit.
