Development of Flexible Automatic Measuring Systems
Abstract
본 논문에서는 터널의 내공측정작업을 수행하는데 필요한 측정기와 알고리즘 개발에 관한 연구다. 측정기의 위치를 미리 측량하고 수작업으로 진행하여 측정자의 경험에 의존하던 종래의 방법에 비해 작업시간을 단축할 수 있었다. 측정방법은 이미 알고있는 2개의 기준점을 이용하여 자신의 위치를 계산하여 목표점의 위치와 실제의 위치를 계산하여 형상의 오차를표시하는데, 일련의 번호를 부여하여 전과정을 간단히 처리하도록 하였다. 제어장치는 Flash Memory를 이용하여 환경변화에 따른 프로그램수정이 가능하도록 하였고, 2개의 PIC를 병렬로 구성하여 실시간 처리속도를 향상시켰다, 그 결과 측정점의 수가 많을수록 작업시간을 단축할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 프로그램을 이용한 처리로 불규칙한 표면의 반사에 따른 오차 교정과 데이터베이스 구축으로 종합적인 분석이 가능하도록 하였다.
Programmability is an important feature to accommodate a variety of meauring services now. Thus, a new processing algorithm and equipment were proposed in this paper to reduce the measuring time consumed in tunneling work environment. Compared to the conventional method, which depends on the personal experience, the new approach can automatically process the whole measuring steps accurately after pointing two arbitrary reference points. The main controller was implemented withPICs to download programs for different applications. Furthermore, the algorithm can correct distance errors resulted from the irregular surfaces, and build database for analyzing the tunneling processes.
