- Alternative Title
- Effect and Measurement of Residual Stresses due to Circular Patch Welding
- Abstract
- circular patch welding 과정에서 발생되는 잔류응력의 크기를, 철판의 두께와 구멍의 직경의 변화에 따라 어떤 양상을 보이는지, 계측하고 그 결과를 해석하며 이로 인한 균열을 방지하는데 필요한 지침을 얻고자한다. 판 두께는 6 ㎜/9 ㎜로 구멍의 150Φ/200Φ/250Φ/300Φ 하여 CO2 용접을 하고 Strain gage를 부착하여 천공하여 잔류응력 값을 계측하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 아래와 같다. ;
This experimental study has been carried out in order to measure the magnitude of residual stresses and to analyse the effect of residual stresses on the vicinity of weld line according to CO2 welding. The result of this study can be summarized as belows :
1) Residual stresses of axial and circumferential direction increase in accordance with the increment of plate thickness and decrement of diameter of circular patch.
2) The vague of residual stress on the vicinity of weld line is higher than the value of any other point.
3) In order to avoid the crack, keep the weld sequence and initial slightly curvature of inner cover plate.
