- Abstract
- (100) <001> 집합조직을 갖는 고순도 알루미늄 포일을 묽은 염산에 엣칭하므로서 알루미늄 전해 캐퍼씨터의 정전용량을 극대화 하기위한 연구를 수행하였다.
전해액의 HCl농도가 2.0M일때 가장 높은 정전용량(CV)값을 보였으며, 전류밀도 변화에 따른 정전용량의 영향은 80mA/㎠일때 최대값을 나타내었고, 이때의 통전량은 60coulomb이 가장 좋았다.
또한, 에칭의 특성에 미치는 전해액 온도는 80℃가 최적온도이었다.
A research to obtain maximum capacitance gain on high voltage aluminium electrolytic capacitor has been conducted by etching high purity cubic textured aluminum foil of which thickness was 100㎛.
The maximum capacitance(CV) value in aluminium electrolytic capacitor has been obtained by etching high purity aluminium foil in 2.0M hydrochloric acid at 80℃. The total current and current density which showed optimum capacitance value in this research were 60 coulomb and 80 mA/㎠.
