- Abstract
- 본 논문은 절단용 공구의 ?≠置環瓚? 성형연삭을 위한 새로운 연삭방법의 개발에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로는 볼록한 형상을 갖는 절단용 공구의 에지형상을 대상으로 하여 특수하게 설계된 숫돌의 회전축을 피삭재의 높이방향으로 일정각도 경사시킴으로써 숫돌과 피삭재와의 사이에 형성되는 기하학적 상관관계를 이용하는 연삭법이다. 본 방식을 적용하면 연삭공정의 단축으로 인하여 에지형상의 쾌속제조가 가능하며, 에지의 정점부에 형성되는 버의 발생이 현저하게 감소된다.
In this paper, a new grinding method for profiling the knife edge of cut-off tools was developed. In detail, for profiling the convex type edge shape, specially designed grinding wheel is tilted with some angle to the horizontal direction(i.e., tilted-head spindle grinding method) in order to give a specific geometrical relationships between wheel and workpiece. By utilizing this method, it is capable of efficient machining of precise knife edge by reducing the grinding process and lessening the burr formation at the top of edge in the conventional machining method.
