- Abstract
- 정사각용기에 대한 FEM해석과 성형시험을 병행하여 플랜지의 변위와 변형률을 구하고 그 결과를 원형용기의 경우와 비교하였다.
그 결과 코너플랜지의 전체영역에 전단변형이 발생하여 변형률의 비교에는 유효변형률의 도입이 필요하며 코너플랜지에서 유효변형률의 평균값은 원형용기측보다 상당히 작다는 것이 규명되었다.
Square cups have been drawn to 20㎜∼60㎜ in depth and displacements and strains have been analysed respectively by FEM and experiment. Displacements and strains in the corner flange of square cups have been compared with those of cylindrical cups.
The results have shown that shear strains take place on corner flanges of square cups, it is necessary to adopt effective strain for comparing of strains and the effective strains in the corner flange of square cups are smaller than those in cylindrical ones.
