예술을 통해 새롭게 조명해 보는 행정학

Abstract

본 연구는 기존의 관련 연구들을 통해 예술과 행정과의 관련성을 살펴보고 특히 예술부문 중 영화와 행정과의 관련성에 초점을 두고 보다 색다른 시각에서 영화를 통하여 본 행정현상의 이해와 설명을 시도해 보고자 하였다. 이는 영화를 통한 가상공간에서 그려지는 여러 가지 행정현상들이 영화 밖의 실제세계의 행정현상과 어떠한 관련성을 지니고 또 영화라는 가상실험을 통해 도출된 결론들이 실제 행정학에 어떠한 시사점과 행정적 함의를 부여하는지를 이해하는데 도움을 줄 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to build ideas and illuminations connection between the films and public administration. This study provide concrete examples that will encourage a more heavily traversed set of connection between public administration and the films. In so doing process, administrators can not only learn more deeply about themselves and their organizations but also receive stimulation from new ideas, new illuminations, new symbols. This study alludes that the films can enrich public administration.
