가족복지사업에서의 자원봉사 프로그램의 실천방안

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 현재 가족복지사업에 대한 개념을 살펴보고, 가족복지사업의 방향과 아동, 노인, 장애인, 여성을 대상으로 실행되고 있는 가정복지 현황을 진단하고자 한다. 현재 실시되고 있는 다양한 자원봉사프로그램을 정리해 보고, 우리가 가족복?恥獰汰막? 실행할 수 있는 프로그램을 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 교육프로그램에 대한 자원봉사자의 요구와 교육현황을 살펴보고, 앞으로 가족복지사업에 참여하는 자원봉사자를 위한 교육프로그램 방향과 실천방안을 논의하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 다음을 강조하고 있다.

건강한 가족을 유지하기 위한 이론의 정립과 연구가 실천 분야와 접목하여야 하며, 가족 중심의 가족복지법의 제정 또는 사회복지서비스법이 강화되어야 한다. 재가중심 가족복지사업의 실행과 전문인력확보와 교육프로그램이 개발되어야 한다. 자원봉사자들의 활동영역에 따라 교육프로그랭이 실행되어야 하며, 가족단위의 가족자원붕사활동이 이루어져야하며, 가족의 중요성을 인지하여야 한다.

This research focuses on the theory and practice of famity welfare.

First, we reviewed the awns of the family welfare program and the current delivery of services for children, the old, the disabled and women.

Second we researched and designed practical programs for family welfare services.

Third, we reviewed and redesigned the existing volunteer training programs with the help of volunteers imports. Forth, we reviewed the theory and practice of existing welfare laws.

We conclude that either; A new family welfare law and practice must be developed and enacted with the family as the nucleus or the existing social welfare law must be strengthened.
