수납물품량에 따른 부엌 수납가구 계획

Abstract

본 연구는 우리나라에서 가장 보편적인 4인 가족을 선정하여 식생활 관련물품의 평균수납물량을 파악한 후, 각 모델가족이 보유한 품목별 평균수납체적을 산출하여 식생활공간의 효율적인 수납공간 디자인을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 수납원리를 제시하고 그 결과를 근거로 분양예정인 아파트 평면을 선정하여 수납가구 계획의 대안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop kitchen cabinet for the apartment based on the results of the investigation. The storage space in the kitchen were planed according to the standard number of stored items in relation to the apartment size and stage of life-cycle with principle of storage. The suggested kitchen storage plans of this study were applied system of life style, stored items quantity, stored items shape and storage place in order to plan method efficiently, and were differently planed kitchen cabinet depth according to sorts of stored items. This study were utilized tall cabinet to get the greatest space and were utilized modular dimensional coordination of 3㎝ heights because of various shape and heights of kitchen appliances.
