초고층 아파트 외부공간의 질과 주거스트레스와의 관계

Abstract

본 연구는 초고층 아파트의 외부공간의 질이 초고층 아파트 거주자의 주거스트레스에 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위하여 울산시 초고층 아파트 6개 단지의 옥외공간율, 호당옥외 공간면적, 휴게용 옥외공간율, 녹지비, 호당주차대수, 건폐율, 용적율을 평가지표로 사용하여 외부공간의 질을 평가하고, 거주자의 주거스트레스 정도와의 관계를 알아보았다.

그 결과, 초고층 아파트 외부공간의 질적 수준이 전체적인 주거스트레스에 영향을 미치긴 하나, 건물외부환경 영역과 가장 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이는 초고층 아파트 거주민들이 아직까지 외부공간의 중요성을 인식하지 못하고 있으며, 따라서 외부공간과 실내환경을 포함한 전반적인 주생활과는 연계성을 가지지 못하고 있는 것으로 판단한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between of quality of outdoor space of super-high-rise apartment and housing stress.

The data were collected using a survey questionnaire with 309 residents of super-high-rise apartment in Ulsan. Used statistical techniques were frequency, crosstab, one0way analysis of variance and cluster analysis.

The main result of the study show that quality of outdoor space in super-high-rise apartment can be the effects on housing stress of outdoor space.
