金 合金中의 게르마늄 分析을 爲한 微分 펄스 폴라로그라피법

- Abstract
- 微量의 게르마늄을 gallic acid 와 착물을 형성시킨 다음에 10 M Ge 를 分析할 수 있는 폴라로그라피법을 개발하였다. 게르마늄의 微分펄스폴라로그람은 0.1M KCL용액에 0.02M 濃度의 gallic acid 를 가하고 pH를 1.0이 되도록 조절한 지지전해질에서 얻었다. Gallic acid의 濃度는 게르마늄의 約 10,000倍 以上일때에 Ge(Ⅳ)의 착물이 완성되고 만족한 환원전류를 얻을수 있었다.
게르마늄이 金과 共存할 때는 金의 환원파가 Ge(Ⅳ)의 것과 중첩되어 분리정량이 불가능하므로, 하이드라진을 가하여 Au(Ⅲ)만을 金屬으로 환원 제거 시키므로서 金합금주의 게르마늄分析이 可能하였다.
As(Ⅴ), Sn(Ⅳ), Sb(Ⅴ), Fe(Ⅲ), Mo(Ⅲ), In(Ⅲ), 및 Cd(Ⅱ)등은 게르마늄분석에 영향을 미치지 않지만 Pb(Ⅱ)는 방해하였다.
A polarographic determination method of trace amount of germanium has been developed by using gallic acid as complexing agent for 10-7M range of Ge.
The polarogram of germanium was obtained in the supporting electrolyte of 0.1M kcl containing 0.02M gallic acid which was adjusted the pH to 1.0
Germanium-gallic acid complex seemed to be completed at the concentration of gallic acid over 10,000 times of germanium concentration and gave satisfactory reduction current of Ge(Ⅳ).
The addition of hydrazine hydrate, however, made it possible to determine germanium in the presence of gold(Ⅲ). As(Ⅴ), Sn(Ⅳ), Sb(Ⅴ), Fe(Ⅲ), Mo(Ⅲ), In(Ⅲ), and Cd(Ⅱ) do not interfere for the germanium determination, but lead(Ⅱ) does.
