柔軟型 生産 시스템(FMS)의 導入,運用을 위한 理論的 考察

Abstract

오늘날 企業이 처한 競爭的 狀況은 生産시스템의 生産性(productivity)과 柔軟性(flexibility)및 製品의 信賴性(reliability)을 동시에요구하게 되었으며, 이러한 時代的 要求에 副應하여 컴퓨터와 메카트로닉스(mechatronics) 技術의 발달로 개발된 생산 시스템이 柔軟型生産시스템(Flexible Manufacturing System: FMS)이다.

향후 우리나라 企業의 競爭力 提高를 위해서는 이러한 尖端技術을 이용한 生産시스템의 導入. 運用이 불가피할 것으로 생각된다.

本 論文에서는 企業이 FMS를 導入, 運用하고자 할 때 바탕이 되는 FMS에 대한 기본적인 이해를 돕기 위하여 FMS의 主要 意思決定問題, FMS의 導入妥當性 分析方法, FMS의 柔軟性 成果測定 模型 등 FMS에 대한 몇 가지 論議들을 考察하였다.

The flexibility as well as the productivity of production system is required for the firm to survive in today's highly competitive market.

The Flexible Manufacturing System(FMS) has been newly developed with the aid of computer and mechatronics technology to meet this need of times.

I think that it is essential for Korean firms who wish to increase competitive power to be equipped with the FMS.

I introduce here several issues on FMS such as the major decision-making problems for FMS to the firms, the analysis method of the economic justification for the introduction of FMS, and the models which measures the flexibility of FMS.
