- Abstract
- Olivine에 對한 異面特性을 調査하기 위하여 電氣泳動度를 測定하고 捕收劑로 Sodium dodecylesulfate를 使用한 吸?量의 測定 및 浮遊實驗을 實施하였다.
Olivine의 浮遊度는 산성領域에서 Charge collection theory로 설명되고, 염기성 領域에서는 OH- ion과 捕收劑인 RSO₄- ion의 競爭吸?으로 解析할 수 있으며, 水溶液中에서 Olivine의 電位決定이온은 Fe++ion이다.
surface properties of olivine were were studied by means of measurements of electrophoretic mobility, adsorption of collector, and also floatability. The collector used in the study was an anionic collector, sodium dodecylesulfate. Effects of metallic ions (Mg++, Fe++) in the system were also investigated.
Results thus obtained revealed that the floatability of olivine follows generally the charge collection theory in acidic PH range, while the competitive adsorption between hydroxyl ion and collector anion becomes effective in the higher pH range. The presence of Mg++ ion in aqueous phase alters the polarity of surface charge in the pH range where Mg(OH)+ion is abundunt and the potential determining ion is Fe++. The role of metallic ions( Fe++,Mg++) in the surface properties of olivine was discussed and the mechanism of adsorption of collecto was given.
