Abstract

Epithelioid sarcoma is a rare malignant tumor but distinctive soft tissue tumor which occurs chiefly in the hand and forearm of young adult. The tumor involves skin, superficial fascia, tendons or nerves and showed a slow infiltrative growth with a high risk of local recurrence and late metastasis, leading to fatality in a one-half of all cases.

The authors experienced two cases of epithelioid sarcoma in the wrist and forearm.
